Description
Job DescriptionPinerium is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Zoho Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Zoho implementation projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between project teams and internal stakeholders, while maintaining project timelines, documentation, and operational tracking. The Zoho Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with Pinerium's delivery standards.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking Zoho implementation projects.
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to plan.
- Support the Project Team Leader in managing timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, timelines, and status reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
Process & Quality Support
- Ensure projects follow Pinerium's delivery processes and templates.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion.
- Support quality assurance by ensuring all deliverables are documented and approved.
System & Tools Awareness
- Support project tracking through internal tools and structured documentation practices.
- Assist in maintaining organized records for project deliverables and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
