Description
We develop power and precision measurement electronics for our test systems, from concept to final product. Comprehensive product development requires expertise in a wide range of disciplines. To enhance our design team, we are seeking for technical leadership for our advanced test instrument developments.As Technical Lead and Project Business Manager you will be engaged and responsible during all phases of instrument
design activities. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers to design measurement electronics through all product lifecycle phases with the goal to deliver outstanding products for our customers.
Technical Leadership
- Define and manage hardware, simulation, test, and verification requirements for new products.
- Guide the team through design processes, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Oversee simulation, qualification and optimization activities and translate insights into actionable engineering decisions.
- Conduct design reviews and generate strategic recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Communicating technical strategies and project impacts clearly to stakeholders, including customers and leadership.
- Drive innovation by leveraging internal expertise and external insights to drive product excellence.
- Inspire and lead a team of product development engineers aligned to our core values and strategic priorities.
- Set and manage individual and team goals focused on capability building, efficiency, and performance.
- Build a diverse and high-performing team through strategic hiring, talent development, and effective role alignment.
- Foster strong employee engagement through effective delegation, performance management, and communication.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Analog & Mixed-Signal hardware design.
- Demonstrated expertise in product development, including circuit design, simulation, and validation.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting simulation and lab data.
- Good knowledge of Mixed Signal measurement techniques.
- Expertise in statistical data analysis.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams through product lifecycle phases.
- Ability to lead and inspire.
- Technical communication, team working and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Required Travel 10%-15%
