Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join the Product & Technology team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of Play971 and other iGaming products and Research & Development (R&D) initiatives.

This role sits at the center of product delivery, technical architecture, and compliance, partnering closely with Product, Change Management, QA, and TechOps to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with InfoSec and architecture standards.

The ideal candidate has solid project management experience, understands the full product lifecycle, and can confidently bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project management operations including project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance for product and R&D initiatives.

• Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) execution aligns with technical architecture standards and InfoSec requirements.

• Continuously optimize PMO processes by embedding product development lifecycle checkpoints and proactively mitigating architecture and InfoSec risks.

• Drive end-to-end Change Management Process (CMP) execution and release management.

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, R&D, QA, Change Management, and TechOps teams.

• Support release planning and communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies to relevant technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably within product development, technology, or R&D environments.

• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release.

• Hands-on experience with Change Management Process (CMP), release management, and coordinating delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of software architecture concepts, including microservices and APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear project documentation, PMO reports, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.

• Background as a Product Manager or in a closely related role.

• Understanding iGaming core systems, integrations, and regulatory considerations.

• Ability to write comprehensive change descriptions from platform operator, end-user, and regulatory perspectives.

• Engineering-oriented, analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management skills.
