Job Description
• Lead high-complexity projects across more than one Centro/TrueBlue business line at the same time, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), System Integration (SI), and Healthcare, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timeline, quality, customer expectations, and business outcomes.
• Manage multiple active projects and work streams with higher stakeholder complexity, broader dependencies, larger customer impact, and stronger leadership visibility.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for complex projects, including intake, scope definition, business case alignment, planning, execution, monitoring, change control, go-live readiness, handover, hyper care, and post-launch value review.
• Lead and prepare business reviews, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Half-Year Business Reviews (HBRs), ensuring the narrative is data-based, action-oriented, and focused on risks, decisions, blockers, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Own project and portfolio-level dashboards for assigned scope, converting raw tracker data into leadership-ready visibility on priorities, delivery confidence, milestone adherence, risks, blockers, escalations, and recovery actions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and governance with Operations, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Client Services, Sales, business owners, external vendors, and customer stakeholders to align scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Identify systemic risks, recurring blockers, cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, and approval bottlenecks, then drive structured root-cause analysis, recovery planning, escalation, and closure.
• Lead prioritization and change-control discussions by assessing business value, customer impact, strategic importance, urgency, feasibility, delivery effort, risk level, dependency complexity, and expected value after implementation.
• Drive go-live readiness for complex initiatives by ensuring requirements are clear, acceptance criteria are defined, testing evidence is complete, business owners are aligned, operational readiness is confirmed, risks are addressed, and handover and hyper care plans are in place.
• Mentor Project Managers and improve Project Management Office (PMO) standards, templates, governance routines, reporting mechanisms, approval workflows, delivery playbooks, and business review mechanisms based on recurring delivery patterns and leadership needs.

Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, or Smart sheet. • Strong business review preparation, executive reporting, data storytelling, and leadership communication skills. • Strong analytical, documentation, governance, and delivery control skills. • Strategic thinking and business acumen across multiple business lines. • Advanced risk, issue, dependency, and change management. • Senior stakeholder management, cross-functional influencing, trade-off management, and decision facilitation. • Ability to lead Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with the judgment to tailor the methodology to the project context.
