LINK Desktop further extends this communication experience to PCs and laptops.

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our high-performing scrum teams and drive the successful delivery of key software initiatives. Job Duties

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and empower 2-3 scrum teams (10-15+ members) to achieve OKR targets and execute the product roadmap. Manage end-to-end planning, including goal definition, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, release strategy, and budget management.
• Agile Optimization: Champion continuous improvement in software development processes. Enhance agile practices, increase team efficiency, and mentor team members on project governance and best practices.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management: Ensure transparency and alignment by proactively managing communications across all levels. Facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration and provide clear, concise reporting on project status, risks, and progress.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to lead issue resolution and overcome operational obstacles.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of project management best practices and the optimization of internal tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management or a similar role within a software development environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Agile Expertise: Proven track record of managing scrum teams and deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Project Governance: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including complex dependency mapping and release strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
