Jung von Matt START is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) - full-time

What you bring

• You have many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
• You think entrepreneurially, identify growth opportunities and manage accounts strategically as well as commercially.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy and clarity.
• You are a strong senior advisor and act as a trusted sparring partner for clients at C-level.
• You maintain oversight even in highly complex situations, set clear priorities and make well-informed decisions.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills.
• You work in a structured, proactive and responsible manner, even under pressure.
• You handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
• You thrive in dynamic agency environments and actively contribute to their development.

Your responsibilities

• You take full responsibility for the strategic and commercial leadership of key client accounts.
• You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level.
• You develop integrated communication and brand strategies in close collaboration with creative, strategy and other disciplines.
• You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases.
• You identify upselling and new business opportunities and actively drive their realization.
• You ensure the highest level of consulting quality and long-term client satisfaction.
• You lead pitches, presentations and decision-making processes on the client side.
• You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
• You act as a thought leader and driver of further development - strategically, professionally and culturally.
