Position Summary
The Revenue Operations Senior Accounting Coordinator role will support all Meritain revenue streams, including Fully Insured BPO and Self-Funded ASO lines of business.

What you will do:

• Process premium billing and vendor disbursements.
• Support month-end close activities and complete assigned tasks within published close calendar timelines.
• Communicate directly with internal and external clients.
• Prepare and complete standardizedmonthly reporting and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze revenue, billing, and claims-related data to identify trends, anomalies, and reconciliation issues.
• Independently perform and resolve accounting or billing issues with minimal management oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, revenue operations, billing, or a related field.
• Experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUPS in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in an independent environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment.

Education

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
