The Role

This role sits at the operational core of the Property team. You will be the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, processes are implemented effectively, and the team operates with clarity and momentum.


Your Profile

• Experience in property, leasing, portfolio coordination or operations support roles
• Strong Excel capability, including VLOOKUPs and data reconciliation (pivot tables advantageous but not essential)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Confident communicator who builds trust across teams and senior stakeholders
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to improve processes and implement structure
• Comfortable working in a high-trust role supporting senior leadership
