Superior Tank Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with a strong field, industrial coating, and tank industry background to oversee and help with field operations, project execution, safety compliance, and workforce coordination for industrial tank projects. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help oversee and coordinate daily field operations for tank construction, maintenance, repair, and coating projects.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer site requirements.
• Conduct field inspections and monitor workmanship to maintain quality control standards.
• Coordinate project activities with project managers, clients, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work prior to project execution.
• Track labor hours, production progress, materials, and equipment usage.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits as required.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal departments throughout project duration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial tank construction, coatings, maintenance, or related field operations.
• Strong knowledge of tank industry standards, field operations, and industrial project management.
• Previous experience supervising field crews and managing multiple job sites.
• AMPP/NACE CIP Level II Certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
