Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning, project management, and organizational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Bogies Sub-system by developing and maintaining project schedules that meet our commitments for on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with international Project Core Teams across multiple sites, internal customers, suppliers, and various functions. You'll analyze schedules, identify risks, and implare of building and maintaining the sub-system project schedule using our planning tools and templates, but also contribute to the Earned Value Management process and ensure alignment with industrial planning routines.
We'll look to you for:
- Contributing to the Project Time Management Plan defined by the Lead Unit Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM).
- Building and maintaining the project schedule for the Bogies sub-system based on the internal standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), contractual targets, and stakeholder inputs.
- Ensuring consistency and alignment of commitments across internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzing schedules, identifying potential delays and critical paths, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions for your area of responsibility.
- Providing timely updates and schedule progress reports, highlighting variances and potential risks.
- Supporting the sub-system manager on all issues related to the project schedule.
- Contributing to the return of experience (REX) initiatives and sharing best practices to improve processes and templates.

- Degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Experience or understanding of project scheduling, with a planning certification or project scheduler experience being an advantage.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and industrial planning routines.
- Familiarity with earned value management and risk analysis.
- A structured and process-oriented approach with strong multi-tasking and conflict management skills.
- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-site, and cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and engage in continuous learning and development.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken);
