Job Description
- Accelerate the onboarding and launch of new projects with efficiency and structure

- Enhance partner experience and ensure high-quality operational collaboration

- Take ownership of new projects post-contract signing and lead the Project Kickoff phase

- Monitor early-stage project performance and ensure stability until the first 100 successful orders

- Identify and pursue opportunities through platforms such as Etihad (اعتماد)

- Support the expansion of the service provider network (Supply Growth) aligned with new city expansions

- Contribute to acquiring large-scale projects across government and private sectors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

2-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with external partners or B2B environments

Familiarity with government platforms (e.g., Etimad) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
