Job Description

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with 4 years of experience in the role within advertising and marketing agencies. The mission of this position will focus on supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of marketing project execution, ensuring alignment with defined timelines and budgets, as well as defining project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and the agency's internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan including resource allocation, activity timelines, and project phases.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Monitor, execute, and control the billing process.
  • Proactively manage project risks by identifying and addressing potential improvements during execution.
  • Track project progress, ensuring that agreed objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, and manage any deviations from the original plan.
  • Ensure proper meeting management, task delegation, budget control, KPI tracking, and reporting for optimal project execution.
  • Lead client meetings and provide status updates, integrating client feedback into the project workflow.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Receive and manage briefs for proper tracking and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.
  • Deliver campaign presentations and KPI performance reports at company or client facilities as required.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, client service, analytical, negotiation, planning, and follow-up skills, with experience managing large advertisers and proficiency in project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and other related platforms.
• Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with regulations and policies related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in influencer collaborations.
