For Johnson Electric Germany GmbH & Co. KG in Halver, we are looking for a
Project Manager who takes ownership and actively drives projects with initiative.
You will lead development and change projects end-to-end, coordinating international teams and acting as a key interface between engineering, business development, customers, and production sites.
In this role, you will be responsible for cost, timing, quality, and transparent reporting, ensuring structured execution throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for a proactive professional who is confident in decision-making, able to challenge constructively, and committed to delivering results in an international environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Planning, execution, and management of development projects (new developments as well as change projects)
- Acting as an interface between development, business development, customers, and international production sites
- Analyzing customer specifications and coordinating technical feasibility in cooperation with design engineering
- Responsibility for creating and monitoring project plans with respect to cost, timelines, and quality
- Coordinating international project teams
- Ensuring complete and accurate project documentation
- Preparing and conducting gate approvals in accordance with PDS
- Management reporting
Our requirements:
- Completed degree in a technical field or project management, or alternatively several years of experience in project management
- Solid experience and confident use of common project management tools
- Experience with development processes in manufacturing companies
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong commitment, assertiveness, and confident presence in an international environment
- Willingness to travel
- Structured and systematic working style, coupled with ownership mentality
