What you'll do:

The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.
A. Implement all the awarded projects.
B. Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope ad contract schedule.
C. Manage all third parties involve in a project.
D. Exercise a solution all the difficulties in the project activities
E. Collaborate with solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project.
F. Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.
G. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering
Min 8+ years of Electrical Switchboard, UPS and Modular Prefabricated Power Train Units / E-house Project management experience

Skills:

A. Hands on experience on Power distribution (Switchboard), Power quality product (UPS), proven by being a service engineer at the first time of the career
B. Knowledge of various system in electrical engineering in broad range of Industry: datacenter, commercial, mining, utility, etc.
C. Familiar with switchboard / panel builder manufacturing process
D. Familiar with IEC 61439, IEC 62271
E. Switchboard & UPS testing & commissioning, service activities knowledge, hands on experience is a plus point
F. Familiar and has expereince managing Prefabricated Power Train Units and knowing the syatem configuration, structural design, mechanical design, elctrical and HVAC design.
G. Have capability to reading electrical drawing and using AutoCAD.
