We're looking for a Project Manager based in Germany to help us with end-to-end project management and proactive upselling services. What are the specifics of Project Manager role responsible for Workspace in Germany?

Key responsibilities

Project Management

• Detailed costing and quotation preparation
• Conversion support (proposal development, timelines, feasibility)
• End-to-end project management
• Proactively upsell services
• Quality assurance and delivery standards
• Supplier selection and ongoing management
• Financial tracking (margin control, cost management)
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure the highest standards of service quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all project deliverables and customer interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term client relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business reviews.

Qualifications&Experience

• 2-5 years experience in Project management.
• Proven experience in Facility Management Industry or similar.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence, with the ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining high quality standards in project delivery.
• Ability to balance customer needs, operational requirements, and commercial objectives while delivering outstanding service.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
