Project Manager Services

YOR OPPORTNITY

SIDEL wold look for a seasoned Project Manager Services based in Dbai.

YOR MISSION

Offer preparation:

nderstand cstomer reqests and translate his needs

Coordinate with all involved prodct divisions to provide a fll complete soltion answering cstomer needs

Spport Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed

Propose additional Services Prodcts when reqired to secre project sccess as well as maximizing cstomer satisfaction

Projects Exection:

Project registration in SAP

Initiate the project with cstomer and aftersales manager

Set a fll schedle and coordinate with cstomer accordingly

Evalate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of spport at Spply Chain and PM&D

Coordinate with all the involved bsiness nits to ensre the lanching of the correct parts and follow p on delivery

Condct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to redce any impact on the project

Keep monitoring Qality -Cost (Bdget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects

Manage project crisis and plan for a corse of action in conjnction with all project actors

Reporting project progress on a weekly basis

Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to cstomer)

Projects Installation:

Planning of the reqired resorces and skills to condct the installation

Coordinate with the planning team to ensre the provision of the right skills

Arrange Health Safety Environment & Secrity (HSE&S) coordination plan

Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the cstomers accordingly

Coordinate with the team on site and provide the reqired spport to complete the job

Create and follow p pnch list de to any nonconformity fond on site

Monitor and spport the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the project

Projects Closing

Condct Root case analysis to nderstand the root of the problem and set learned lessons

Ensre that all the invoices are issed completely

Ensre database pdate

Set a closing meeting with the cstomer

Arrange cstomer satisfaction srvey

Engineering backgrond

3 years experience in project management

PMP certification is a pls
