WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YO BE TAKING ON?
In or team yo will be responsible for managing mltidisciplinary technology-development andtestbed projects throghot their fll lifecycle, from opportnityidentification and proposal preparation to development, integration,validation, demonstration, operational readiness, and final delivery.
Yor main tasks will be:
Manage SatCom technology-development and testbed projects throghot the complete project lifecycle, from planning and development to integration, validation, demonstration, and final delivery.
Define, monitor, and control project scope, schedle, bdget, resorces, risks, opportnities, and stakeholder interfaces while ensring effective project governance.
Coordinate mltidisciplinary engineering teams, cstomers, sppliers, sbcontractors, and project partners to ensre sccessfl project exection.
Spport bsiness development activities, inclding opportnity identification, bid/no-bid processes, proposal preparation, partner coordination, and contract-related activities.
Drive continos improvement by captring lessons learned, promoting best practices, and contribting to the evoltion of project management processes.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OR TEAM?
We are looking for experts in AerospaceEngineering, Telecommnications Engineering, Systems Engineering, CompterScience, Bsiness Administration, or a related discipline with backgrond and interest in Satcom technologies.
nderstanding of technology matration and thetransition from prototype developments into resable prodcts or operationalservices.
Excellent commnication, organizational, analytical,stakeholder-management, and technical-writing skills.
Professional proficiencyin English.
We will also vale previos experience and knowledge in:
Experience in space, SatCom, telecommnications, cybersecrity, defence, or critical infrastrctre sectors, ideally within instittional environments (e.g., ESA, Eropean Commission, ESPA, EDA, DLR, BAAINBw, or similar).
Experience managing competitive tenders, instittional proposals, international consortia, and large mlti-partner collaborative projects.
Knowledge of satellite commnications, networking technologies, 5G/6G ecosystems, and test & validation environments, inclding verification, qalification, and operational testbeds.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cstomer engagement skills, combined with a systems-thinking mindset and a strong focs on ownership, delivery, and continos improvement.
