Qualification

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT - Digital Solutions & Engineering - Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Experience in Project Management, Software development and maintenance, 3rd party application implementation, vendor management & support.
• Experience in RFP process.
• Experience in area(s) of Project management, Systems Development/Design and Implementation
• Management, Project Management tools, UI/UX concepts, Application support, Business analysis and Team Management are required.
• Managerial skills - Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members and conflict management.

Preferred

• 8 years of specialized technical experience, ideally within a project-based IT environment.
• Experience as a senior resource in IT projects.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to adopt and adapt to emerging technologies.
