Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Have at least 10 years of work experience, including at least 2 Design & Build projects as Project Manager.
- Hold a SKA Utama certification in Construction Management/Building Engineering/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Have a TOEFL certificate or equivalent with a minimum score of 500.
- Maximum age: 55 years.
