The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.

• Completed technical education (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and product or process development
• Strong organizational, methodological, and interpersonal skills, along with business-fluent English

• Implementation of specific product orders and close collaboration with the Account Management, Product Management, Development, Process Planning, and overseas plant departments
• Project management responsibility from the concept phase through the end of production
• Defined and monitored project schedules, budgets, and quality targets
