Project CoordinatorProject Coordinator - CDC
Position Status: Contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary
Provide organized day-to-day project support for meetings, schedules, action items, deliverable workflows, shared records, onboarding, and communications across a high-volume CDC contract. This role will provide structured coordination across a high-volume, multi-workstream CDC contract. The position may support monthly COR meetings, technical workgroups, recipient calls, document review cycles, training logistics, deliverable submissions, action-item follow-up, onboarding records, shared workspaces, and project files while ensuring that task leads and project management have timely and accurate status information.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and prepare invitations, agendas, materials, notes, and action-item logs.
- Maintain schedules, trackers, shared workspaces, document repositories, and distribution lists.
- Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, version control, formatting, and submissions.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with responsible staff on open actions.
- Support onboarding, training records, monthly reporting, and administrative workflows.
- Provide accurate status information to project leadership and task managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative program support, or professional-services delivery. Experience supporting multiple simultaneous workstreams, document-control processes, meeting logistics, action tracking, status reporting, Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, and Government clients is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and high-quality work in a multidisciplinary, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and client-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting CDC, HHS, another federal health agency, a public health recipient network, or a comparable mission-focused organization.
