Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in Leadership Development

Your responsibilities
- Overall planning of training programs and projects, including the coordination and management of workstreams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and manage project status with regard to budget, milestones, resources and quality
- Prepare regular status reports and maintain internal departmental dashboards
- Identify project deviations and work closely with the team to develop appropriate corrective measures
- Support the department head with staff-related tasks, in particular budget management, process optimization and internal communication
- Create and prepare presentations for the department head as well as for committee and board-level formats
- Identify, assess and implement digital tools, systems and channels, and support colleagues in their use, for example through training sessions
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management, a PMO environment or a comparable staff or coordination function; experience in an HR or talent development context is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of common project management methods, ideally including agile approaches, as well as confident use of MS Office-especially PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a structured and well-organized working style
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence across different management levels
- Strong team orientation and a highly cooperative working style
- Very good German and English language skills
