Project Coordinator (사원/대리급)

Location: Bundang, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do (1 FTE)

[Job Description]

• Support operations team with office seating and move request for all sites

• Support Applied Materials with projects such as Hwaseong HQ consolidation, Wonsam office, Namsa office

• Work with the team to forecast quarterly commit for Project

• Update the team on actual quarterly spending and conduct capital plan update for all sites in Korea

• Raise CAR & monitoring IO report and request to capitalize projects to be able to depreciate

• Provide facility master planning support including data analysis, conceptual design of best practice operations, equipment and software solutions, process optimization, conceptual facility layouts.

[Job Requirements]

• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management & Layout Functions within office space/occupancy planning

• Understanding of technical requirements for building/office projects.

• Auto CAD skill is required.

• Verbal and written communication skills in English is required.

• Proficiency in using tech industry software packages and tools, such as MS Office, etc.
