Project Associate
Compensation range: $60,000 to $80,000
Experience expected: 2+ years in workforce
Education expected: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered for strong candidates
Worksite Location: Partially remote, dependent upon proximity to PM Team offices
Skill/capacity focus: Developmental role with attention to building fundamentals PA provides project support to Senior PMs/PMs
Minimum requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills
Desire to work with high performing teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized
Able to think strategically, analytically, and proactively
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
Job duties include:
Report to Deputy Director, work closely with PM Team to execute projects and workflows
Support PMs and Senior PMs on project execution as needed
Learn PM Team methodology and landscape through exposure and mentorship, with a track record building towards independent project ownership
Coordinate project and event management tasks, including:
Scheduling project meetings
Capturing meeting notes
Overseeing registration processes
Executing communication schedule
Formatting and managing documents
Maintaining project/event workbooks
Travel to support execution of projects and events, approximately once per month
Serve as secondary client contact for routine communications
Engage in activities that support organizational culture
Other related duties may be assigned as needs arise
