- Productions Coordinator
Description
We are seeking an experienced Production coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of live events and AV productions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate logistics, and ensure exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Manage end-to-end event production (corporate, weddings, resort activations, live entertainment)
Oversee AV setups, including audio, lighting, video, and networking systems
Lead and schedule local crews and freelance technicians
Coordinate with hotel clients, planners, and internal sales teams
Ensure all productions meet company and client quality standards
Manage inventory, equipment prep, and logistics
Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
Requirements
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in live event production or AV management
Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and video systems
Experience with corporate and luxury hospitality environments preferred
Leadership experience managing crews and timelines
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience with AV-over-IP systems
Familiarity with digital mixers (e.g., Allen & Heath, Soundcraft)
Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, managed switches, Wi-Fi systems)
Strong client-facing communication skills
Salary is based on experience and the overall compensation package.
As this role requires relocation to Turks & Caicos, the company provides:
