• Key Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.

Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high-quality output, and cost-efficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data-based decisions.

Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

Engineering or bachelor's degree
