One of Japan's largest financial institutions is seeking a bilingual Project Management Officer (PMO) to join its central PMO team. This role offers the opportunity to support a large-scale organizational transformation and contribute across multiple, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, capture meeting minutes, coordinate schedules among stakeholders, and support the PMO team in establishing best-practice standards for project documentation and performance tracking
• Support the project delivery team with operational and service-delivery activities
• Provide administrative support to assigned Project Managers across multiple initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working as a PMO or Project Coordinator within a large, complex organization
• Strong experience in project documentation, reporting, and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher), with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
