Description
Your mission & challengesYou are responsible for building up series production for our new product - from production planning to SOP.
- Overall project leadership for industrialization and production build-up through to SOP
- Planning the production concept, line layout, investments, and capacities
- Steering equipment suppliers, process, and industrialization engineers
- Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets during ramp-up
- Acting as the interface between engineering, quality, procurement, and the plant
What we're looking for
- Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
- Several years of experience in industrialization/production ramp-up, ideally of mechatronic products
- Experience in project leadership and equipment procurement
- Knowledge of lean production and ramp-up management
- Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel
