Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will be evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with chronic pain conditions while performing a variety of interventional pain procedures. This physician will work collaboratively with a team of providers and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. 

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Perform interventional pain procedures including:  
  • Epidural Steroid Injections
  • Facet Joint Injections
  • Medial Branch Blocks
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Sacroiliac Joint Injections
  • Peripheral Nerve Blocks
  • Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Implants
• Review diagnostic imaging and test results.
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with referring providers, specialists, therapists, and case managers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts. 

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or related specialty with Pain Management fellowship training.
• Active and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure in Florida).
• DEA registration.
• Clinical and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
