Description
Legends Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Outside Services Manager. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of 15-20 outside services staff, including cart attendants, bag drop attendants, and range staff. Prepare monthly schedules and ensure team members meet Pine Canyon's standards of courtesy and professionalism.
- Member & Guest Services: Oversee all outside golf operations, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for members and guests from arrival to departure. Provide high-level customer service, exceeding Pine Canyon's standards of excellence.
- Golf Cart & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the golf cart fleet in optimal condition, ensuring carts are cleaned, detailed, and fully functional. Oversee all other outside services equipment and keep facilities to Pine Canyon's uncompromising cleanliness levels.
- Practice Facility Operations: Manage daily setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the driving range and practice facilities, ensuring they are stocked and organized.
- Tournament & Event Support: Assist with tournament setup, including golf car and range setup, facilities preparation, and coordination with the Golf Shop and Agronomy Team. Support other event activities as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Inventory & Uniforms: Manage outside services supplies inventory, including towels, tees, and other essentials. Coordinate with the Merchandise Manager for uniform orders for the team.
- SOP Development & Training: Design and implement SOPs for all aspects of outside services, including arrival and departure processes, and ensure continuous training for all staff. Regularly review and refine SOPs to meet operational goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Golf Professional, First Assistant Professional, and Agronomy Team to ensure smooth and aligned operations. Communicate any staffing issues or needs promptly to relevant supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a golf operations or outside services role within a private club or high-end resort.
- Leadership Skills: Proven team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and lead a service-oriented team.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing outstanding member and guest experiences.
- Knowledge of Golf Operations: Solid understanding of outside golf services, including golf cart fleet maintenance, practice facility operations, and valet management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle member inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods, work in outdoor conditions, and drive golf carts and other utility vehicles.
