Nursing Home Administrator
Residences at Vantage Point Senior Living – Columbia, MD
Salary Range: $125,000–$150,000
Reports To: Vice President of Health Services

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator / Health Services Administrator to lead licensed health services across Skilled Nursing, LongTerm Care, and Assisted Living. The Administrator provides onsite leadership, ensuring highquality care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and survey readiness across licensed care neighborhoods
Ensure compliance with all Maryland and federal regulatory requirements
Oversee occupancy, quality outcomes, risk management, and incident reporting
Drive Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Manage financial performance, staffing models, and resource utilization
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, families, and leadership

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a healthrelated field
Current Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
Current Maryland Assisted Living Manager Certificate
5–10 years of leadership experience in a CCRC or similar setting preferred
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, reimbursement, and senior care operations
