LEAD IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST — DULLES, VA: Lead & oversee design, dev., analysis, testg., implement. & maint. of SW apps. Lead & guide team of SW professionals. Serve as tech SME. Must have master’s (or foreign equiv.) degree in Comp Sci, Bus Admin or closely-related field [equiv. to bachelor’s (or foreign equiv.) degree in Comp Sci, Bus Admin or closely-related field + 5 yrs of progressive work exp in IT] & 2 yrs of work exp.
