Law Firm Administrator - local law firm seeks administrator/office manager with financial background. Responsibilities will include:

• Financial management including accounts payable and receivable, client billing, budgeting, tax reporting, monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, monthly reports, and year end.
• Assist with payroll processing (outsourced)
• Human resources
• Facilities Management including office equipment and supplies.

Prior management experience is desirable. Software packages used include: Juris, Softpro and Quickbooks. Must be a quick learner, very organized and able to multi-task. This is a full-time position for someone with at least 3 years of prior management experience.
