Job Summary:
Perform regular cycle counts, use analytical knowledge, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and costing principles to ensure continuous systems and data integrity inventory.
Essential Functions:
- Continuous upkeep of inventory data accuracy in the most cost-efficient manner to reduce inventory valuation fluctuations.
- Implement small- and large-scale physical inventory cycle counts.
- Follow up on cycle counts and report root cause discrepancies.
- Problem solving and attention to detail are critical in this position.
- Aid in "kit" building to provide lineside parts needed to complete daily operations when needed.
- Ability to use (or learn) ERP systems, Plex knowledge preferred.
- Ability to obtain a PIV license to move material within facilities as needed for inventory organization.
- Basic Excell functions experience as needed for reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to perform consistent, high-volume assembly tasks straight from drawings, specifications and standardized written or verbal work instructions.
- Ability to operate a forklift/Hilo
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required. Higher Education Degree or Technical School Certificate is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in heavy military assembly and or vehicle assembly.
- Experience with assembly on Commercial Vehicle platforms.
Background Prerequisites:
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hilo/forklift experience
- Excel/Microsoft office
- Plex or ERP experience
