Description
Title: Junior Project ManagerLocation: Seoul, Korea (in-person)
Position Overview
This Junior Project Manager role is responsible for supporting the design and development of both customer and product features. They will work with domain experts to solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, perform documentation, and communicate with partners and internal stakeholders. This role supports the project team members throughout the project lifecycle and is integral to the product design process.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a supervisor, assist with the daily management of operational functions of the Project Team, including preparation and minutes for standing meetings, reporting processes, and information flow.
- Provide documentation support for requirements gathering; process analysis; gap analysis; design of new functionality; and product testing.
- Participate in project walkthroughs: business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, etc.
- Create landing pages and their design works (images, song title, etc.)
- Functional test plans and implementation sessions.
- Develop periodic project progress reports.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Oversee media management: ensure all assets are stored correctly, backed up, and organized.
- Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business units.
- Manage and maintain content management and control processes and tools.
Required
- Extremely strong communication skills: able to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills: able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.
- Self-starting: takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.
- Schedule: availability to work nights and weekend shifts for events, with occasional travel.

- Previous work experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience writing video treatments, outlines, and scripts.
- Experience shooting and producing high-quality videos in a team or individual capacity.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Creative Suite, Audio mixing lighting, and color correction/finishing.
- Proficient with motion graphics, animation, and proficiency in an industry-standard animation platform like After Effects.
- Genuine passion for the sports, entertainment, and music.
Nice to Have
- Previous Analysis experience (Business or Technical).
- Technical Writing experience.
- Computer Science experience.
- Broadcast / Media industry experience.
- Multi-lingual Communications (English is preferred).
