Tasks
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to gain insights into the operational processes of an international business unit and to contribute to the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives, then this is the right place for you!

• Gain practical skills with a focus on working on business analyses and optimizations of our business processes across locations in an international context
• Support in project management and in the organization (PMO) of operational excellence initiatives
• Active participation in the design of workshops and application of methods and tools (such as Lean)
• Supporting communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Implementation of a key performance indicator system and digital performance dialogs

• At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course
• Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (certificate of matriculation and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
• Active university/university of applied sciences degree, preferably in a technical or economic field
• You have a strong analytical mindset and a structured way of working
• First experience in project management or process management methods is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a confident handling of MS Office
