Job Description:
We are seeking a German-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and German-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support).
- Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues or risks proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong understanding of project/program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Proven experience managing projects involving cross‑functional coordination and customer interaction.
- Ability to evaluate complex information and provide effective, creative solutions.
- Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts across teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, capital equipment installations, or system integration projects is a plus.
