Description
The Landing Bar & Grille is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to help lead daily front-of-house operations. This role is hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring exceptional service, smooth shifts, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure service standards are met
- Support staff with table management, pacing, and overall floor flow
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry items as required for restaurant operations
- Open availability required
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed during service
