Games are held 7 days a week throughout the year, typically 5p-midnight and include both indoor and outdoor leagues. If you have a passion for soccer, we have a schedule that will work for you. We are committed to creating and sustaining a culture that balances competition and sportsmanship. All supervisors are supported and management is focused on creating an environment based on respect and fun. Supervisors will consistently be trained and evaluated to improve and get better. Abusive play and/or conduct is not tolerated here at the Field House. Our staff are the backbone of our operations and are treated as such. 

This position will supervise adult and youth leagues in leadership and support roles in conjunction with officials and coordinators. Supervisors will facilitate games, provide elite customer service, ensure facility safety, and resolve problems/conflicts. Additionally, they will educate and enforce District/facility policies, complete nightly reports, and communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management. 

All supervisors are eligible for year-round DISCOUNTED player registration for all Field House leagues.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of soccer rules. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public. Ability and willingness to enforce program, district, and city rules and guidelines.
