Description
You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis. You also have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and results tracking. This is the team for you.As an FICC Transformation Project Management - Senior Associate within the Program and Project Management team at JPMorganChase, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the client experience. You will partner with teams across operations, technology, and business stakeholders to plan, govern, and deliver change from idea through implementation. We work collaboratively, use data to make decisions, and focus on practical solutions that scale.
In this role, you will also drive initiatives that simplify processes, enable smarter use of data and technology, and build more resilient operating models. You will work across business, operations, and technology teams to turn strategy into measurable results. If you enjoy solving complex problems and leading change, this role offers broad exposure and meaningful ownership.
Job responsibilities
- Lead multiple transformation projects and workstreams from initiation through delivery.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking.
- Run governance routines, including meeting cadences, materials, action tracking, and escalations.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, trading and sales, data and analytics, finance, legal, compliance, and human resources to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize operational and financial data to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Develop clear status reporting and communications for senior leadership audiences.
- Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and drive timely resolution and decision-making.
- Design, document, and improve operational processes and ways of working.
- Support business case development, benefits tracking, and results measurement.
- Contribute to change management planning to support adoption and sustained outcomes.
- Use digital tools to enable scalable solutions, automation, and improved transparency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and results tracking.
- Experience running project governance and producing clear status reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and work with operational and financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive practical solutions in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in markets and/or financial services operations and familiarity with regulatory, control, and reporting considerations in an operations environment.
- Experience delivering digitization, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives., with experience processing, re-engineering and targeting operating model design.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and modern digital tools used for workflow and reporting.
