Responsibilities include supporting engineering and facility operations, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating schedules and work orders, processing payroll, and providing general administrative assistance.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or related role
- Knowledge of payroll processing and timekeeping procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative functions.
