Description
Your Tasks- Own our Web Support Operations: You take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our hotel websites - from prioritizing incoming requests to ensuring their successful implementation. You stay on top of things, make independent decisions, and ensure smooth and efficient support.
- Prioritization & Coordination: You evaluate technical requests, content updates, and customer requirements, set clear priorities, and decide which tasks you handle yourself and which should be assigned to the right experts. You coordinate efficiently and keep all workstreams on track.
- Technical Implementation: You independently implement smaller technical changes, CMS updates, and basic HTML/CSS adjustments. For more complex developments, you work closely with our Development team.
- Communication & Coordination: You act as the central point of contact between our hotel clients and internal teams such as Development and Customer Success. You communicate transparently, coordinate requirements, and ensure everyone involved always knows the next step.
- Processes & Structures: You take ownership of existing support structures and continuously improve them by creating clear workflows and scalable processes that continue to perform as our business grows.
Your Profile
- Project Management Experience: You have at least three years of project management experience, ideally in a web or agency environment, and have successfully managed multiple website projects in parallel.
- Technical Understanding: You have a solid understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and website architecture. You can independently implement basic HTML and CSS changes and understand how the different components work together.
- CMS Expertise: You have hands-on experience with common content management systems such as TYPO3 or Drupal and can quickly familiarize yourself with new platforms. Experience with hotel websites is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Organization & Prioritization: Even in fast-paced environments with a high volume of requests and multiple parallel tasks, you stay organized, prioritize effectively, and focus on practical solutions.
- Ownership & Accountability: You work independently, make well-founded decisions, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. You ask the right questions when information is missing instead of waiting for instructions.
- AI Mindset: You actively explore AI tools and automation opportunities and use them to improve processes, increase efficiency, and simplify recurring tasks.
