Description
Job DescriptionTo support project management activities by assisting in project planning, monitoring, and reporting. Conduct research, collecting and analysing project data, and assisting in risk and budget assessments. Contribute to maintaining project documentation, reporting project progress, and ensuring alignment with Daman's project management framework.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Participate in project planning, supporting scope definition and requirements identification.
• Draft and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with defined frameworks.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, collecting feedback and addressing concerns.
• Analyze project data, identifying potential risks, dependencies, and process inefficiencies.
• Conduct research on industry's best practices and trends in project management.
• Compile and report project performance metrics using standardized tools and methods.
• Document and summarize lessons learned from completed and ongoing projects.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying financial variances.
• Report key insights from project evaluations, ensuring transparency in performance assessment.
• Meet with internal teams to discuss challenges and recommend process improvements.
Quality & Excellence Management:
• Support implementation of quality standards and compliance within project activities.
• Conduct research on industry requirements and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Assist in process improvement efforts for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Verify project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is a plus.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in project management.
