Job descriptionI am currently working with a highly regarded construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects on behalf of a range of clients, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully across scope, programme, quality and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants and contractors
- Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery
- Coordinating design teams and external consultants
- Reviewing documentation, progress and project risks
- Managing contractor performance and project reporting
- Providing clients with clear and commercially focused project advice
- Supporting the delivery of remedial and residential projects
- Ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation, approvals and requirements
- Class 2 residential projects
- Remedial construction
- DCP Act / development compliance
- Client-side project management or consultancy environments
- Managing consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
- Taking projects from early planning/design stages through to completion
