As we continue to expand its technology solutions business in Japan, we are seeking a Project Manager to help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across Global Trade, Tax, and Legal Technology products.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing together cross-functional teams across Product, Professional Services, Implementation, Solution Consulting, Sales, and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will act as a bridge between Japan and international teams, helping align priorities, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward from planning through execution.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and excels at bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams across companys' technology portfolio
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables
• Partner with Product, Professional Services, Implementation, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure project success
• Act as a liaison between Japan and global teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders across different functions, seniority levels, and regions
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Support new product initiatives and market expansion efforts in Japan
• Contribute to projects that help drive business growth and customer success

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar cross-functional project delivery role
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects simultaneously
• Experience working in software, SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to drive alignment across teams with different objectives and perspectives
• Experience working with international or global teams
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex situations

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects
• Customer-facing technology deployments
• Product launches, localization, or go-to-market initiatives
• Collaboration with Product, Sales, Consulting, or Professional Services organizations
• Global Trade, Compliance, Tax, Legal Technology, RegTech, or related industries
• Experience working with U.S.-based or other international product organizations
