Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ASC Administrator to lead the daily operations of a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center. This individual will be responsible for operational performance, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Requirements
Oversee daily ASC operations -Financial and Revenue Cycle Management oversight - Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance - Build strong physician and staff relationships - Lead staffing, hiring, and performance management - Drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree required - 3–5+ years ASC or surgical leadership experience - Strong financial and operational acumen - Orthopaedic ASC experience preferred
