Here in Tulsa, we believe everyone has a place in our shared mission: ensuring all youth are inspired and equipped for a future powered by science, technology, engineering, and math.

Our approach to achieving this vision is rooted in our theory of action, built at the intersection of three core audiences: youth, educators, and ecosystem partners. We strategically engage these audiences through three key levers: in-school, out-of-school, and professional learning experiences. Every initiative we design has a focal audience and lever, while always accounting for the interconnectedness of the full STEM system. We know that lasting systems change doesn’t occur in isolation; it requires coordinated action, guided by the design principles of thriving ecosystems and informed by emerging needs and insights.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

Our impact reports share the stories, data, and progress behind Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance’s work to expand access to meaningful STEM experiences across Oklahoma. Together with educators, families, volunteers, donors, and community partners, we are helping more young people see what’s possible for their future in STEM.

In 2025, 84% of Youth served reported increased readiness for STEM careers and 47% reported increased motivation to pursue STEM careers as a result of TRSA programming (both out-performing goals and national benchmarks). Remarkably, 95% and 98% of Educators served reported increased comfort teaching high-quality STEM lessons and having the knowledge and skills they need to teach those lessons, respectively.
