Thorson Baker + Associates, Inc. (TBA) is a mid-size multi-discipline consulting engineering firm specializing in institutional and commercial building design throughout the United States and Puerto Rico where we help build the future.
We design the buildings where we work and play, schools and universities where our children learn, healthcare facilities for our continued well-being, elderly living and retirement communities for our senior citizens and the retail and entertainment complexes where we shop and enjoy our leisure. TBA provides an exceptional office setting and culture for our employees at our three Ohio offices.
• The Richfield office is located on a 12 acre campus located between Cleveland and Akron with easy highway access.
• The Columbus office is located in a new office complex in Dublin Ohio with easy access to I270.
• The Cincinnati office is located in a rich setting overlooking downtown Cincinnati.
The 3 office locations are in close proximity to major cities that offer entertainment, the arts and museums, professional sports and culture, unique to each location.
Company History
Thorson • Baker + Associates (TBA) was founded in 1993 to provide engineering consultation and design services for the building construction industry. TBA offers structural, mechanical, commissioning, electrical and technology engineering design services nationwide with professional registration in forty-nine states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario Canada. Civil engineering services are offered throughout the midwest.
Attentive service, creative design solutions, attention to detail and economy of design, furnished within the project schedule and parameters are the standards upon which TBA has been founded. Each project is placed under the direct supervision of a principal beginning with initial preliminary studies through construction documents and administration. Attentive service with a personal touch combined with a dedication to meet project schedules and deadlines are goals of TBA.
