Job PurposeThe District Administrator provides centralized administrative support across all branches within the district to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely execution of core administrative tasks. This role helps balance administrative workloads, strengthens operational reliability, and enables branch counter and sales teams to focus on customer excellence, sales growth, and responsive support. The position is based out of a home branch while supporting district-wide administrative needs.
What you will do... - Provide administrative support for multiple branches across the district.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare, review, and process credit memos and related documentation.
- Support branches with billing, customer inquiries, and administrative requests.
- Assist branches during staffing shortages or periods of high administrative demand.
- Coordinate and manage administrative aspects of employee orientation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support counter operations by handling high-volume administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with branch teams, sales teams, and district leadership to ensure consistent administrative practices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding administrative items to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows across the district.
- Work from a designated home branch while providing flexible support across the district.
- Other duties as required.

- Experience with accounts payable, credit memos, or financial administrative processes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with internal systems and standard office software.
- Willingness to support multiple branches within the district as needed.
- A valid driver's license and a recent abstract will be required.

Pay Range: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
