Job Description SummarySunbelt Rentals, the

Key ResponsibilitiesService & Dispatch- Coordinate timely and accurate dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance
- Schedule and dispatch rental equipment and tools to customers
Parts & Inventory- Manage parts supply for shop mechanics, other branches, and customers
- Oversee Parts Department operations to maintain proper inventory levels and minimize costs
- Order parts to ensure adequate stock
Operations & Customer Support- Prepare work schedules and respond to service calls
- Work with equipment vendors to understand maintenance needs for new equipment
- Handle customer issues related to equipment condition or operation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications- High School Diploma (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong experience in parts inventory management
- Knowledge of purchasing process and cost-efficient ordering
- Basic computer skills
- Supervisory experience
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Flexible, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Physical Requirements- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
- Lifting 50+ pounds
- Indoor/outdoor work as needed

Base Pay Range
21.23 - 29.18
